By scheduling services with EverClean Works (“we,” “us,” “our”) or using our website and related services, you (“client,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Scope: We offer commercial cleaning and related services as described in our proposals, quotes, or on our website.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the scope or pricing of our services at any time. If significant changes occur, we will notify you in advance.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

Walkthrough Appointments: We may conduct a walkthrough to assess your cleaning needs. Any agreement on scope or pricing will be confirmed in writing (email or otherwise).

Confirmation & Reminders: We may send reminders or confirmations via email, text, or call. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive these communications.

Rescheduling & Cancellations: Requests to reschedule or cancel must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee if proper notice is not provided.

4. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

Quotes: Any quote we provide is based on the information available at the time and may be revised if the scope of work changes.

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes and additional fees may apply.

Payment Terms: Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice (e.g., upon completion of service, net 15 days, etc.). Late payments may incur interest or late fees as permitted by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

Access & Utilities: You agree to provide safe access to the property, along with any necessary keys, security codes, or utilities required to perform the cleaning.

Preparation of Premises: You are responsible for ensuring that the premises are ready for cleaning (e.g., removing personal items or securing valuables).

Safe Working Environment: You shall maintain a safe environment free of hazards. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service if conditions are deemed unsafe.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Best Efforts: We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver services in a timely and professional manner.

Limited Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverClean Works, including its owners, employees, or agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services.

Property Damage: We maintain appropriate insurance to cover accidental damage to your property caused by our employees. Any claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours after the service date.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EverClean Works, its owners, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content provided on our website or in our marketing materials are the property of EverClean Works or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of these materials without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at our discretion, including for any violation of these Terms or if we determine that continuing service would be unsafe, unprofitable, or inappropriate.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this document. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
